Please enter the information in the required fields* below and press Find Profile in order to find your record in the database. Once you complete this process, a one-use link will be sent to the email address on your record. Use that link to finish setting up your recurring giving.

Enter the dollar amounts beside each fund to which you want to contribute. Then select the frequency of your contributions and the date on which you want the donations to begin (it must be after today's date).
Enter your payment information, and press Submit to complete the process.
